Social and Spatial Housing Policies and Models

Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the 25th of April Revolution and the 30th anniversary of PER - Special Rehousing Program takes place in Matosinhos, until June 30, 2024, MANIFESTHABITAÇÃO, an exhibition produced by the Matosinhos City Council and MatosinhosHabit in partnership with Casa da Arquitectura. The exhibition has a parallel program of talks, which begins with a debate around the theme “Social and Spatial Housing Policies and Models”. The participants are the mayor of Matosinhos, Luísa Salgueiro, the former mayor of Matosinhos, Narciso Miranda, sociologist Maria João Freitas and architect Conceição Melo. Artur Costa, from Quaternaire Portugal, will be the chair of this session that will take place on April 4th (Thursday), at 6 PM, at the Antiga Fábrica Vasco da Gama (Avenida Menéres, 627, Matosinhos). Entry is free.
